SIMPLE EVENT CREATION WORKFLOW

Easily create an event, add categories, location and which colour you want to use to display the event in the calendar. You can add several locations where your training will be delivered.

PRIORITIES, COSTS AND SEATS

Assign event organisers who will be delivering the training and set priority levels in case one of your trainers is busy or cannot make it.

Set event visibility in case you want to make it visible only for certain groups of users. You can organise both group and one to one sessions. The system allows you to limit the number of seats and assign costs for each training event, which you can later use in reporting.

Easily add duration and time-zones. You can run the event indefinitely or over a specific period. Furthermore, the system allows you to fully customise your timetable depending on room and trainer’s availability.

There is always an option to make any event recurring and select how many times the users can book onto it.

BUFFERS AND INCREMENTS

To ensure you’ve got enough time for your coffee break in between, you can set-up availability increments and event buffers. That’s it! Your training events are now fully automated and our system will automatically add them to your staff calendars and cross-check which trainers are available on each day.

SIMPLE USER INTERFACE

From the user side we tried to keep it as simple as possible. The users can book their training events from the library or receive an automated invite via email to book a suitable time-slot if the event forms a part of their course.

SHARING EVENTS

Our system allows you to add individual team members to the training event or share a link via email.

WAITING LISTS

If for whatever reason there aren’t any spaces available for the event, the users can always register their interest and add themselves to the waiting list.

As an Admin, you can manage such waiting lists, accept and reject users’ requests, assign them to other available events and also gauge interest in case you want to see what the demand would look like before organising the event.
